PRESENTATION

The centre of physiotherapy and rehabilitation Roda opened its doors in the year 2002, with a praised reception among the users of treatments of physical therapy and rehabilitation.

Our intention is announcing the physiotherapy and rehabilitation to the public in general, not limiting our field of action to the sports physical therapy, but, with our location and with our price policy, we want to bring the physical therapy over to all the persons with physical inconveniences.

FACILITIES

Our facilities are completely new and consist of reception, waiting room, two treatment rooms completely equipped, bathroom for patients, kitchen and storage room.

In the whole centre we have air conditioning and heating.

Every treatment room has the following equipment:

• Cushions of different shapes to accommodate the patient
• Massage chair
• Machines of ultrasound and electrotherapy Sonopuls
• Machines of Magnet therapy
• Infra red lamp
• Tens
• Plate of balance
• Mechanical cervical traction
• Machines of paraffin
• Thera-band of different resistances
• Halters of different weights
• Ballasted ankle and wrist supports

TEAM

On the head of the Centre of Physiotherapy and rehabilitation Roda, is Mrs. Robine van den Berge, Physiotherapist, member of the association of physiotherapists in Andalucía, nº 29-1747. She is a physiotherapist since 1997 and does not neglect the new and continuous advances that take place in the field of the physical therapy and rehabilitation. And proof of it that are the certificates of assistance and diplomas that she possesses, of the courses of continued formation that she realizes annually with the illustrious college of Physical therapists of Andalucía.

In addition she speaks and writes perfectly in Spanish, English, German, Dutch and French, wherefore we do not have any problems attending patients of different nationalities, thing that happens very frequently being located on the Costa del Sol.
